Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Innovator Chat, an AI-powered chat and sales assistant subscription service (“Service”) provided by İnnovator Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Innovator,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing, installing, or using Innovator Chat, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Innovator Chat is a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin, backed by our hosted backend, that adds an AI chat widget to your online store. The Service is offered on a monthly, auto-renewing subscription basis across the Starter, Growth, and Pro plans; the message volume and feature set for each plan are described on our pricing page.

2. Subscription, Payment, and Billing

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited(“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle is responsible for invoicing, applicable VAT/sales tax calculation, and payment collection. Prices shown at checkout include tax based on your billing location. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided after purchase. All refunds and cancellations are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

3. License Grant

For the duration of an active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate and use your license key on a single WooCommerce store. You agree not to share your license key with third parties, not to reverse-engineer the plugin or backend service, and not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content of your own store and for any information the chat widget is configured to surface to your visitors. You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, and you may not attempt to exceed your plan’s usage limits through automated abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

Innovator Chat’s software, backend, brand, and related components are the property of Innovator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in our source code, design, or brand to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 2.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and takes effect upon publication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
