Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Innovator Chat, offered by İnnovator Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Innovator”).

1. Paddle Is the Merchant of Record

Payments for Innovator Chat are processed by our authorized reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles all refunds and cancellations under its own Refund Policy, which applies to your purchase in place of any refund terms we might otherwise set ourselves.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please refer to the receipt/order confirmation email sent to you by Paddle after purchase, or visit Paddle’s buyer support site at paddle.net. Full details on eligibility and how refunds are handled are available in Paddle’s Refund Policy.
